Job Summary:
A Dedicated Support Partner is required to provide health and social care to a young individual with complex needs. You will be responsible for assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, washing, cooking, and managing daily routines.
As a valued member of our team, you will also support with personal care and hygiene, including driving the client's Motability wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) on occasion.
