Business Development Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients at Carver Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide back office technical and commercial support to Key Account Managers, Regional and Sector Sales colleagues.
- Coordinate customer projects and product requirements from enquiry to delivery.
- Work closely with the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Executives and Sector Sales Executives.
- Solve simple technical queries from customers or installers.
- Support the development of concepts by liaising with the Factory and sales colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with the factories and external suppliers to manufacture or source the customer's requirements.
- Complete actions from key account and departmental meetings.
- Provide the first point of contact for new customers over the phone to understand the enquiry and take relevant action as appropriate.
- Help customers select the right product on the phone by explaining the features and benefits.
- Convert enquiries from new customers into sales.
