As a business that is leading innovations and initiatives to meet the vast requirements of the general public, this company is a fantastic, forward-thinking, yet inclusive business that puts its customers' needs first.

It is highly important for any applicant to have exceptionally strong communication skills as there will be an expectation to manage stakeholder expectations and liaise with numerous parties on a daily basis. You should have excellent business acumen and be able to provide insightful business analysis and advice to underpin important project decision making. No two days may be the same, so an adaptable, quick thinker who has worked within an agile environment will excel in this role.

What You Will Get In Return:

For this outstanding opportunity, there is a competitive salary on offer, which will be highly dependent on the level of experience and industry exposure possessed by the successful applicant. This will accompany a fantastic remuneration package including an above-market rate and highly desirable pension contribution, over 15%; there will also be a great holiday allowance, plus the additional bank holidays on top. Alongside this, the applicant will be eligible to earn an attractive bonus if targets are met. This role is completely remote, with the possibility for the odd bit of travel here and there if required.

Additionally, there will be ample opportunities to drive your learning and development forwards, fully supported by the wider team and management. You'll have access to market-leading training and development initiatives and be given the tools to advance your knowledge in the direction of your choosing. As this is an ambitious business, there will also be opportunities for progression within your career as well.
