Cedar Grove Vets, a progressive first opinion small animal RCVS-accredited hospital, is seeking a dedicated and committed Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team in Belfast.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to develop their career or a recent graduate seeking to join a supportive team. As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Nurse consultations, including weight clinics, 6 month checks, nail trimming, and nutrition chats.
- Patient nursing, including critical care patient nursing, scrub nurse duties, patient triage, blood sampling, catheter placement, and anesthetics for small animals and occasionally exotics.
- Radiography, lab, and microscope work, puppy socialisation classes, and maintaining health and safety standards and hygiene protocols.
You will work in a well-equipped imaging suite with an MRI and CT, and have access to excellent high-end facilities.

You will work up to 40 hours per week across an 8-week rolling rota, with 1:4 weekends and a share of the OOH rota.
