Senior Nursery Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries in Fawley, Southampton. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and education provided to children • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant laws and standards • Manage and maintain the nursery budget, ensuring efficient use of resources • Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and behaviour • Plan and deliver educational activities that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification, a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
