Serve as a key member of the SGS Care Ltd team, providing residential care, educational support, and therapeutic services to children aged 7-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties. As a Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality residential care, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our service users are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs tailored to each child's needs.
- Support children with challenging behaviour, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive outcomes.
