Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure customer solutions at their premises and in our data centers across the UK, ensuring seamless integration of Voice and WAN/SDWAN solutions.
- Design and implement structured cabling to support the deployment of SDWAN and Voice handsets, guaranteeing high-quality network infrastructure.
- Conduct site audits and wireless surveys to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
- Provide remote co-op diagnostics to troubleshoot complex faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Offer out-of-hours on-call support to customers, providing on-site assistance and hardware replacement when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment configurations and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide technical support and gather additional information as required.
- Manage work threads to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and exceed customer expectations by working closely with internal and external teams.
About You:

- You will be passionate about delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds long-term relationships.
Desirable Skills:
- Configuration and deployment of Horizon.
- Previous experience with technical support for Cisco, Polycom, or Yealink devices.
- Knowledge of Meraki deployment (SDWAN).
- Experience with structured cabling and wireless surveys.
- Installation of Cisco CPE.
