Job Title: MLRO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MLRO to join our team at Barbara Houghton Associates Limited. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's AML policies and procedures are robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of AML policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on AML policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on AML compliance metrics and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and provide guidance on implementation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AML compliance and regulatory affairs
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
