Job Summary:

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and resolve payment-related issues
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes
  • Develop and implement efficient financial procedures to minimize errors and delays

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the public sector
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar accounting software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
