Job Summary:
Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and resolve payment-related issues
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes
- Develop and implement efficient financial procedures to minimize errors and delays
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the public sector
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
