About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to join our client's team in the development of their high-performance solid-state sodium battery technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Further scaling the manufacturing process from pilot scale to Mega/Giga scale, working closely with the manufacturing team.
  • Operating and developing the organisation's state-of-the-art electrolyte production line, ensuring high-quality and efficient production methods.
  • Collaborating with the R&D team to develop ink formulations and refine these formulations for scaled-up production.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years Industrial experience in Material production or Material Development (ideally working with ceramics).
  • BEng or BSc in Process/Chemical Engineering or Physical Chemistry.
  • Experience working in processes require high temperature firing.
  • Yellow Belt + in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience working on semi-automated production lines.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
