Job Title: Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Employment Solutions Limited. As a Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, particularly in the Mechanical Engineering and Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for local installation teams.
  • Create, maintain, and progress Lifetime Quality Record documents (LTRs / LTQRs).
  • Establish and communicate inspection and testing criteria for all products and services, ensuring project-specific requirements are met.
  • Manage inspections and tests throughout the installation process, including final sign-off and handover.
  • Witness and manage inspections at suppliers' premises for relevant equipment.
  • Support and train installation teams on inspection and testing procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in highly regulated Engineering, Civils, or Construction sectors.
  • Experience with Lifetime Quality Records (LTRs / LTQRs).
  • An understanding of Mechanical Engineering is highly advantageous.
  • Strong quality management systems experience working to ISO standards.

Location: London

Salary: circa £50k (dependent on experience)
