Quality Assurance Specialist

Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services in the Mechanical Engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests throughout the installation process, including final sign-off and handover.
  • Establish and communicate inspection and testing criteria for all products and services, ensuring project-specific requirements are met.
  • Manage inspections and tests at suppliers' premises for relevant equipment.
  • Support and train installation teams on inspection and testing procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in highly regulated Engineering, Civils or Construction sectors.
  • Experience with Lifetime Quality Records (LTRs / LTQRs).
  • An understanding of Mechanical Engineering is highly advantageous.
  • Strong quality management systems experience working to ISO standards.
