About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our team at Mindshare Worldwide. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing affiliate programs for a premium client, driving strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day client interactions and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative strategic plans to drive affiliate program growth
  • Oversee campaign reporting and analysis to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Manage and develop account managers/executives to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and personnel growth
  • Collaborate with the wider Affiliate team to develop and grow new starters
  • Participate in new business development and pitches
Requirements
  • Proven media agency/network experience with affiliate program management, methods, and tools
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookups, and reporting and analysis
  • Genuine interest in digital media with a penchant for performance partnerships
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and plans to clients and stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing budget and forecasting for clients
  • Experience with relevant technology platforms
  • Full proficiency in optimising and driving partner performance
