**Job Title:** Welfare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our East Rural Team at NHS Highland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build resilience and overcome challenges.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records in line with NHS Highland policies and procedures;
  • Participate in internal and external Social Work and multi-disciplinary meetings as required;
  • Carry out lead responsibilities under the direction of the Team Manager, ensuring thorough preparation for professional supervision;
  • Be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) on the Social Worker part of the Register;

About This Position:

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, requiring flexible working arrangements to meet operational needs across urban and rural areas.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
