Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our team at Essential Employment. As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, typing, and telephone duties.
- Take notes in operational meetings and coordinate the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars.
- Assist with the maintenance of our Liquid Logic database.
- Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
