Job Summary:

Novax Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Assistant to join our team. As a Business Support Assistant, you will provide extensive business support and administrative support to our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including typing, telephone duties, and note taking in operational meetings.
  • Manage diaries, gather information, and perform electronic filing and database management.
  • Migrate data, gather, and enter information onto systems, databases, and CRM's.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong IT skills and database skills, with a preference for Liquid Logic knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibly in a team setting.

About the Role:

This is a contract role working full-time hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business support and administrative support to our department.
