We are seeking a diligent and organised PA to support our Secretarial & Business Support department in Bootle. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Key Tasks
  • Coordinate office activities and operations in the Secretarial & Business Support Department.
  • Manage agendas and appointments for senior team members.
  • Support team by completing administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and organising meetings.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the department by maintaining proper document and record management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

A successful PA should have:

  • A strong understanding and experience in office administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field.
What We Offer

Page Personnel Finance offers:

  • A salary of £28,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - increases by 1 day each year.
