Job Description: Team Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Experience Manager to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our Client Experience department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer-facing operations.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our customer-facing operations and drive business growth.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of experienced customer service professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operation of our customer-facing systems.
  • With a strong background in customer service and team management, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service professionals and oversee the day-to-day operation of our customer-facing systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through effective strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
