Mental Health Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Youth Worker to join our team in Reading, Berkshire. As a Mental Health Youth Worker, you will work closely with students, staff, and external agencies to provide high-quality support and guidance.
About the Role
The Mental Health Youth Worker will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored support plans
- Using evidence-based interventions to promote positive behaviors and academic achievement
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology or Criminology
- Experience working with children and young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
Salary and Benefits
