Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to children aged 0-21 experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

The IBHS program serves clients in their homes, schools, and communities, focusing on collaborating with families to help children develop positive coping skills. Our vision is for all children to lead fulfilling lives and function at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA experience and provide one-on-one supports to children and families.
  • Provide individualized supports as outlined in the client's plan of care using approved interventions such as crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
  • Maintain accurate case notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of Applied Behavioral Analysis experience necessary.
  • Completion of 40 Hour Registered Behavior Technician training required.
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience and reliable vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits

The starting rate is $20-$24 hourly, depending on education, professional certification/experience in the field, counties served, and fluency in additional languages.
