Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink-based toolsets within established governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate and integrate engineering requirements.
  • Contribute to the strategic advancement and innovation within the realm of aerodynamics engineering.
  • Develop future engineering initiatives that align with the Digital Engineering framework and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Promote and support common engineering toolsets within the Aerodynamic Engineering Community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, including methods, best practices, and version control systems.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink toolset.
  • Experience working with teams to coordinate and integrate engineering requirements.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and additional programming languages like Python.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Good teamworking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) subject.
