About Our School:

We are seeking a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support for students to develop their social and emotional skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an experienced staff body supporting students with various needs.

This role requires a proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role, and a calm, compassionate, and patient approach to supporting challenging behaviour.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection is required.
