Job Summary:

We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our team as a 1st Line Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, handling technical issues, and resolving incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Log and categorize incidents and service requests using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and third-party providers for on-site technical support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Desk operations by providing feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service/Helpdesk/Service Desk role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
