Position: Factory Operative
Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our industry-leading roller shutter doors. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble, cut, and prepare components for roller shutter doors.

* Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.

* Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

* Assist in maintaining a clean and organised factory environment.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.

* Strong work ethic and reliability.

* Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.

* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

* Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
