Research and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Manager to lead our team of scientists in the development of new products and technologies. As a R&D Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the team, developing and validating test methods, and providing support to other areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a successful mix of hands-on and strategic managerial skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and developing analytical methods. You will have a scientific educational background in a relevant field, such as Biomedical, Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry, and experience working in a highly regulated industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a R&D Manager to work for a leader in their field, where the work is continuously varied and challenging. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new products to improving existing processes.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about R&D and has a strong desire to lead and develop a team. If you have the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
