Bombardier's Business Aircraft London Service Centre is recognized as a leading facility within the European aviation sector. This center is known for its rapid growth and extensive capabilities in performing various maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring top-notch service for business aircraft.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate Return To Service and Maintenance Statements, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.
- Act as a liaison between CAMO/Customer and certification leads regarding documentation inquiries.
- Assist in the coordination of warranty, service maintenance plans, and invoice analysis to ensure timely billing.
- Maintain and update Technical Records for aircraft currently undergoing maintenance as well as those previously serviced.
- Deliver both electronic and physical copies of documentation to CAMO/customers within a specified timeframe post Return to Service.
- Support maintenance tracking services for CAMO/customers.
- Ensure all records are current, providing clients with up-to-date status in accordance with EASA regulations.
- Provide administrative support to management, dedicating a significant portion of time to this task.
- Coordinate logistics for special events, including AOG situations and line maintenance projects.
- Conduct internal procedural audits and training sessions to uphold quality operations, preparing findings for review.
- Ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded in the aircraft service order and that maintenance work complies with applicable data.
- Verify that all maintenance records are completed as required for certification approval prior to aircraft return.
- Interpret and process regulatory documents and requirements from both domestic and international sources.
- Prepare department-wide communications for management review, primarily concerning quality and operational standards.
- Handle confidential materials and maintain project timelines while projecting a professional image of the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in supporting management teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and workflows relevant to project management.
- Familiarity with various filing systems and documentation practices.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of EASA regulations or experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Capable of providing guidance to colleagues as necessary.
- Discretion in handling customer and staff interactions is essential.
- Ability to comprehend the complexities of client relationships and account statuses for management reporting.
