Main Job Responsibilities

To be an effective member of a multidisciplinary Health Visiting Team, promoting the health and wellbeing of pre-school aged children in a designated caseload. Provide and organise a comprehensive, high-level, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative service to the Health Visiting Team, assisting in the smooth running of the service.

Key Duties
  • Undertake clerical and word processing duties as directed by the team.
  • Deal with enquiries from health professionals, colleagues and the public, under the guidance of the Health Visiting Team.
  • Provide admin & clerical support to the Health Visiting teams within their allocated bases.
  • Correct and accurate use of patient information using the patient administration systems, including the Child Health System.

  • Welsh Speaker.
  • Knowledge of NHS processes.
