Technology Support Specialist

M&G Prudential is a leading international savings and investments business, managing money for around 4.6 million individual clients and over 900 institutional clients worldwide. We are seeking an exceptional PA to support our Technology Leadership Directors.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to provide support to our Technology Leadership team. This includes providing cover when other PAs are absent, managing diaries and email accounts, and using sound judgment to reschedule/reprioritise commitments.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to at least two Technology Leadership Directors.
- Manage and maintain diaries and email accounts on a daily basis.
- Reschedule or reprioritize commitments as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, workplace accommodations, and opportunities for career development.
