Are you a skilled mechanical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge in St Neots? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a high level of mechanical maintenance expertise. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain and repair process equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • To identify and rectify electrical setup issues and provide production support
  • To diagnose and repair breakdowns efficiently
  • To ensure a high standard of maintenance to attain factory performance goals
Requirements
  • Experience of production equipment maintenance in a diverse factory environment
  • Good diagnostic skills
  • Mechanical maintenance experience
  • Computer literacy (stores systems and Maintenance Management Systems)
Shift Pattern and Working Hours

You will start training on the day shift and then move onto your set shift pattern, working 1758 hours per annum. This consists of 143 rostered 12-hour shifts, usually between 6:45am and 7pm, 6:45pm and 7am, with one 6-hour training session.
