About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians to deliver projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Professionally chartered or working towards that goal, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
