Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the team, you will contribute to delivering the aims of the rail telecoms framework portfolio.
  • Ensure contracts are adhered to, including contractual notices, variation requests, governance reviews, and other essential tasks.
  • Provide commercial advice to stakeholders and support the team in making informed decisions.
  • Conduct cost reviews and input into monthly applications.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings and contribute to the team's success.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and professional membership or working towards it.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, including commercial reviews, valuation of applications for payment, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Ability to work in the rail and infrastructure sector and provide proactive advice and guidance on contract procedures, including change control.
  • General experience in delivering oral presentations and proficient in MS Office, including intermediate Excel and Word skills.
