Clinical Development Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Development Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing speech therapy services and supporting the growth and development of our clinical teams.
About the RoleThis position involves working closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will also be responsible for supervising and training therapy assistants and SaLT apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement speech therapy services
- Support the growth and development of clinical teams
- Supervise and train therapy assistants and SaLT apprenticeships
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
