Child Development Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Educational Psychologist to join our team as a Child Development Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children with special needs and contribute to the development of innovative programs and services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on child development matters, conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance practice and outcomes.

Your Key Skills:

  • Doctoral-level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational).
  • Experience working with children with special needs and a proven track record of delivering results-driven programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Our Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
