We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy specializing in major building projects. With an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality services to blue-chip clients, our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on various projects in Galway and help contribute to the company's rapid growth in Ireland.
  • Carry out tasks such as structures and construction management, commercial and residential project coordination, and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and adherence to project specifications throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have considerable experience in Contracting, with a strong educational background in Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree.
  • Prior experience working on medium-large projects, with knowledge of fluidity that makes large-scale projects progress.
  • Able to comprehend commercial and residential project requirements and ensure they align with industry standards.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and a bonus. The estimated salary for this role is around €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
