We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our exceptional team at Holdcroft Motor Group.


About the Role:


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
