**Job Description:**

Viking Careers is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional - Key Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the UK and Ireland markets.

Your primary objective will be to deliver an agreed new business and development plan, acting on company-generated sales leads, identifying and generating sales leads of your own, and ensuring conversion to business on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a business development plan to achieve target revenue of circa £1.5M annually
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
  4. Deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to potential clients
  5. Negotiate deals and agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
