Community Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team in Leamington Spa. This part-time role involves working weekends, approximately 14 hours per week, supporting adults with autism and complex learning disabilities.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will provide specialist support, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for individuals. You will also have the opportunity to gain health and social care qualifications funded by Lifeways.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
  • Gaining health and social care qualifications funded by Lifeways
Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. A full UK driving license and own transport are essential requirements for this role.
