Sales Account Manager

Employal is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesalers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with wholesalers and suppliers to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work towards set targets and KPIs to drive sales growth
  • Keep customers updated on all products on offer
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
  • Follow and track orders from suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Chase payments that are overdue
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell them to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven sales skills and a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
  • A passion for learning and developing new skills
