**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire. As a Teaching Assistant with a focus on Autism support, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care to students with Autism Spectrum Condition.

Our partner schools in the Chalfont St Giles area are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students. We are looking for a dedicated support member of staff who has experience working with children with Autism.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans, risk assessments, and therapy care programs for a designated group or form.
  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Autism Spectrum Condition children or a desire to work with ASC students.
  • Knowledge of SEN and a passion for developing this area.
  • A commitment to working fixed days, full or part-time.
  • NVQ in Childcare and education or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
  • Motivation to develop independence in young people and support their social and emotional growth.
  • DBS clearance (or willing to obtain).
