Education Support Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work collaboratively with our teachers, governors, staff, parents and children to build on the strengths of this highly successful village school.
This role is based at our Junior site. As a valued member of our team, you will work across both forms of entry, supporting the class teacher, preparing resources for lessons, delivering interventions and contributing to the progress and attainment of children within the year group.
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity for an allowance for covering classes as well.

- Contributing to the development of classroom displays and exhibits
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
- Is caring and friendly, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration

- Is passionate about supporting teaching and learning, and has a strong commitment to educational excellence
- Is reflective, open to feedback and driven to be an excellent support assistant

- Is well-organized and efficient, with a good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Is a good communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills
- An attractive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
