About the Role

This role involves working as an Apprenticeship Coach and Trainer, providing learners with constructive feedback and supporting them in achieving their Diploma and full L3 Apprenticeship standard of Senior Healthcare Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring learners progress in line with target achievement dates and will liaise with the Programme Manager to monitor progress. A key aspect of this role is helping participants develop positive attitudes towards learning and studying.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £37,000, based on location and industry standards.
