Healthcare Apprenticeship Coach

We are seeking a skilled Development Coach to join our team as a Healthcare Apprenticeship Trainer. The successful candidate will work with apprentices within Healthcare Services, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their qualifications up to Level 5 Management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills, with internal support available for this aspect of the role
- Facilitate 121 training sessions in the workplace and support learners over Microsoft Teams while working from home

- A competitive starting salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
