Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is in the range £69,000–£75,000 FTE, depending on experience. The position involves working from home part-time and includes full-time staff hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our London office.

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our fundraising efforts, driving a transformative strategy to grow our voluntary income and enable us to broaden our reach and impact. You will oversee all streams of voluntary income, from major gifts and individual donations to support from trusts and foundations.

  1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective donors
  2. Identify new funding opportunities and prepare compelling funding applications
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a strong vision for whole-life discipleship and the ability to inspire support that fuels lasting change. A proven track record in fundraising and relationship-building is essential.

This is a permanent, part-time role (three days a week) based in London. We offer a competitive salary and the flexibility to work from home on other days.
