Job Description

Job Title: Technical Services Analyst

Job Summary:

The Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day internal IT systems of the Company. The role involves a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft Windows-based networks and servers, client computers, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable staff to deliver excellent levels of service to internal customers by providing a stable, secure, and functionally-rich IT platform.
  • Install and maintain systems to ensure the smooth and productive running of the Company, its systems, and its employees.
  • Ensure end users receive an excellent level of performance from their IT systems and equipment.
  • Meet customer success criteria and performance targets.
  • Deliver the wider security objectives of the Company, including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+.
  • Reduce costs and drive efficiencies across the entire business.
  • Write documentation and provide coaching to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or higher.
  • Experience of centralised administration, securing user environments with lock down.
  • Ability to accurately test and diagnose problems in a systematic and logical manner.
  • Ability to construct a UAT testing programme and deliver a working solution that meets defined success criteria.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
