You'll have the chance to work on a wide range of small to mid-market deals, preparing financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models.

As a key member of the team, you'll take ownership of various responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the team on buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, including M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
  • Analysis of financial statements, management information, and deal documentation.
  • Reviewing legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts.
  • Assisting clients with completion procedures, including cash and net debt analysis.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ACA finalist/qualified or CFA qualification.
  • Some degree of corporate finance experience, including company valuations using various methodologies.
  • Familiarity with corporate intelligence databases, such as PitchBook, MarkToMarket, or Experian MarketIQ.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
