About the Role:
  We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team in Preston.
  As a key member of the team, you will provide person-centred support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism diagnosis in a residential care setting.
  You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of care and contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to service users
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Support service users in planning goals and living independently as possible
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs of service users
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
