About the Role

Amazon is innovating in the Operations and Logistics space, looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and commercial Senior Enterprise Sales Manager. This individual will work with major external retailers in the UK, facilitating their usage of Amazon's logistics capabilities to service their own customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth by scaling Amazon Shipping nationwide.
  • Partner and innovate with Operations, Commercial, and Customer Programs, as well as Product Management.
  • Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
  • Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end-user experiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Professional experience or military background.
  • Ability to develop strategies influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Program management skills across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable skills include:

  • Data interpretation and business recommendations.
  • Negotiation and execution of complex legal agreements.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £85,000 - £110,000 based on industry standards.
