Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will work as part of a team in different catering outlets, preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events. You will be responsible for maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards, identifying any anomalies and reporting incidents to Aramark management.

Key skills and qualifications include relevant culinary qualifications, knowledge of health and safety, previous experience of working in a kitchen or within catering, and basic DBS clearance.

You will be a team player, a confident communicator, and have a flexible approach to hours and shifts. You will also have the opportunity to work locally for overtime at short-term camps.
