Make a Difference as a Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Transforming Support. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming lives by ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for our service users.

You will be responsible for managing referrals, developing and maintaining relationships with service users, families, social workers, and other key partners. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage referrals, ensuring a seamless client journey and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, social workers, and other key partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager or similar experience in a care setting
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships in social care or health sectors
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing referrals
  • Skilled in completing assessments and working with diverse stakeholders
