We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Project Support Apprentice. As a key member of our contract delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the project management team in delivering maintenance project works throughout the estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers, handling direct enquiries from the client, line management, and supply chain.
- Log jobs and raise PO's on our job booking system, Concept, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Develop expertise in the Concept System, becoming a superuser by the end of your apprenticeship.
- Support the Accounts Payable team in resolving supplier invoice queries and solving problems.
- Contribute to the estimating and tender process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure agreed timescales for the invoicing process are met, adhering to correct documentation and process procedures.
- Work proactively to reduce the current level and ageing of delegated contract's WIP.
- Chase supplier invoices when required to ensure timeous invoicing.
- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent PC skills, including Excel, and the ability to work using own initiative and as part of the wider team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A competitive salary of £18,000 per annum.
